"DAVID" at Sight & Sound Theatre

Thursday, Aug. 11, Lancaster, PA, $140/person

After an early morning departure from we arrive in beautiful Lancaster County at the Sight & Sound Millennium theater. Our show starts at 11am and is billed as “one of the most legendary Bible stories.” The show runs about 2 ½ hours, and after the show, we are off to the Bird-in- Hand Family Restaurant for our late lunch/early dinner smorgasbord.  After we fill our tummies with hearty PA Dutch food we’ll head just down the road to the Bird-in-Hand Farmers’ Market for a quick shopping trip before heading home at 4:30pm. Price includes ticket for the show, buffet lunch, transportation and driver's tip.

Please, keep this in mind this will be a long day so wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Eat a good breakfast because we won’t be having lunch until 2pm. Because of the long distance and being on a time schedule there will not be any stops going down to Lancaster or coming home. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring a sandwich and/or snacks. Also, remember it is usually much hotter there than we are used to, so bring water and drinks. A small lunch cooler would be handy.
