Who?*

Please be as specific as possible in identifying who is or should be in the photo (titles if applicable), and/or who is hosting the event.

What?*

Provide as much detail as possible about the event, image or photo opportunity.

Where?*

Provide the street address if at all possible, since we can use Google maps to show the location.

When?*

This should include the start and end times for a calendar listing, with any schedule details (e.g. registration time, meal time, etc.) For photo opps, please give guidance on the best time for picture.

Why?

If necessary. Does this involve an award, citation or special recognition?

Is there a special guest, speaker or entertainment?
