Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case were addressed by President Judge Janine Edwards in Wayne County Court:
JADE STAUFFER, age 33, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to no less than 60 months nor more than 120 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Homicide by Vehicle DUI (F2) and one count of DUI (M).
DANIEL DAGNA, age 60, of Newfoundland, PA, was sentenced to 12 months to 48 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution for one count of Retail Theft (M1) and one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (M3).
CHARLES COVER, age 57, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to no less than 12 months nor more than 36 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Mischief (F3).
HARRY BODINE, age 42, of Waymart, PA, was sentenced to no less than 3 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (F3).
NATHAN BARFORD, age 22, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to 6 to 36 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Burglary (F2), one count of Forgery (F2) and one count of Resisting Arrest (M2).
EDWARD FRANKLIN, age 53, of Beach Lake, PA, was sentenced to no less than 3 months nor more than 36 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Child Pornography (F3).
AMELIA WEIKEL, age 33, of Muncy, PA, was sentenced to no less than 343 days (time served) nor more than 30 months incarcerated in Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Receiving Stolen Property.
JESSICA PATTEN, age 46, of Waymart, PA, was placed on Probation for a period of 6 months on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (M3).
KENNETH URIAN JR, age 32, of Carbondale, PA, was placed on Probation for a period of 24 months on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine (M).
VANDERGRIFF FULLER, age 25, of Honesdale, PA, was placed on Probation for a period of 6 months on one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) which is to run concurrent with a previous sentence where he was found in violation of his parole.
SEAN GEORGE IV, age 36, of Kingston, PA, was placed on Probation for a period of 6 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was also placed on probation for 6 months, to run consecutively on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and one count of Driving Without a License (S).
BRIAN GILSON, age 33, of Edwardsville, PA, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear in Court.
ALISSA YOUNG, age 27, of Hancock, NY, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear in Court.
