Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases was addressed by the President Judge Janine Edwards in Wayne County Court, June 29:
Bradley Swasey, 21, of Honesdale was sentenced to a no less than 11 months nor more than 23 1/3 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Trespass (F2), one count of Possession of Methamphetamine (M) and one count of Institutional Vandalism (M2).
Frank LaLima. 29, Of Levittown was sentenced to no more than 9 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count Simple Assault (M2) and one count of Strangulation (M2).
Lester Lutz, 52, of Carbondale was sentenced to no less than 9 months nor more than 23 ½ month incarcerated in the Wayne Count Correctional Facility on one count of Obstructing the Administration of Law -Failure to Register under Megan’s Law(M2).
Robert Stout, 59, Honesdale was sentenced to 136 days to 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of False identification to Law Enforcement (M3), one count of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended/Revoked (S) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
Christopher Yattaw, 47, of Damascus was sentenced to no less than 2 months nor more than 12 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional facility on one count of Manufacture of Controlled Substance (F).
Patrick Bellino, 41, of Scranton was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities (M2).
David Skorec, 41, was placed on probation for a period of 18 months on one count of Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial, or Punishment (M2) and one count of Evading Arrest or Detention on foot (M2).
Angel Hernandez, 22, of Selden, NY, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2).
June 22:
JOSEPH TETKOSKI, 59, of Northern Cambria was sentenced to 9 months to 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Terroristic Threats- Violent Crime with Intent to Terrorize (M1) and one count of Simple Assault- Physical Menace (M2).
KAINE LUPINSKI, 22, of Honesdale was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
MICHAEL CONKLIN, 51, of Lackawaxen was placed on probation for a period of 6 months on one count of Retail Theft.
NATASHA GUTIERREZ, 27, of Honesdale was found to be in violation of her parole and was sentenced to be remanded in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for 90 days.
