HONESDALE -- Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case were addressed by President Judge Janine Edwards in Wayne County Court.
On June 8:
MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ, 26, of Patchogue, NY, was sentenced to 12 months to 84 months incarcerated in State Correctional Institution on one count of Corruption of Minors Related to Sexual Offenses (F3), one count of Corruption of Minors (M1) and one count of Sell/Furnish Liquor, Malt, Brewed Beverage to Minors (M3).
NOEMI MARIA TELEKY, 68, of Carbondale, was sentenced to a period of 6 months on probation on one count of False Statements-Obtain Food Stamps/Assistance (M1).
On June 1:
CODY KIZER, 31, of Honesdale was sentenced to no less than 11 months nor more than 22 months incarcerated in Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Contraband-Possess Controlled Substance/Inmate (M1), one count of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence (M2), one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), one count of Defiant Trespass (M3), one count of Criminal Mischief-Damage Property (M3) and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked (S).
ALEXANDER WALLEN, 20, of Honesdale was sentenced to no less than 9 months nor more than 23 1/2 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (F3).
THOMAS OLSOMER, 33, of Honesdale was sentenced to no less than 116 days nor more than 18 months incarcerated in Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Mischief (M2).
CHRISTIAN LAFLAIR, 19, of Honesdale was sentenced to a period of 12 months on probation on one count of Corruption of Minors (M1).
MARK EVANS, 57, of Honesdale, was sentenced to a period of 12 months of probation on one count of Criminal Trespass- Enter Structure (F3).
NTHONY LANE, 43, of Lake Ariel, was sentenced to 9 months on probation for one count of Theft of Property, Lost, Mislaid, or Deliver by Mistake (M).
RICHARD HEATER, 48, of Belleville, PA, was sentenced to a period of 60 months on probation on one count of DUI-Highest Rate of Alcohol (M1), one count of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle/Property (M3) and one count of required Financial Responsibility (S).
ANTHONY PACE, age 42, of Nanticoke, PA, was sentenced to a period of no less than 38 days nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Controlled Substances- 2nd Offense (M).
