Wayne County Chief Clerk Andrew M. Seder noted that a number of traditional applicants did not submit proposals, as some events and activities are still tentative due to uncertainties surrounding the rapidly-changing COVID-19 restrictions. The county plans to reopen the application process sometime in May to allow for additional applicants who have had more of a chance to see how COVID restrictions will impact their events or operations.
