[ARCHIVED] Drug Dealer Gets Time Served for Possession

HONESDALE: Wayne County President Judge Janine Edwards handed down the following sentences in the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday, Dec. 19:

PIERRE SCHANDALL, age 27, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 109 days (timed served) nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (F).  He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, and pay $250.00 to the DNA Detection Fund.  Participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with your drug and alcohol assessment, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, and complete 50 hours of Community Service within 6 months.  The incident occurred on December 14, 2018 in Honesdale Borough, Wayne County.

CASEY CROZIER, age 38, of Gouldsboro, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 48 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution,  and pay a fine in the amount of $500.00.  Participate in and cooperate with drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with your drug and alcohol assessment, attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and complete 25 hours of Community Service within 6 months of parole.  The incident occurred on April 3, 2018 in Hawley Borough, Wayne County.

ANGELA LAHR, age 32, of Waymart, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Criminal Trespass – Enter Structure (F3), She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, pay restitution in the amount of $713.00, and pay $250.00 to the DNA Detection Fund.  Undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on September 18, 2018 in Canaan Township, Wayne County.

CHASSIDY RUTT, age 36, of Newfoundland, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Identity Theft (M1).  She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution and pay restitution in the amount of $102.88.  The incident occurred on June 7, 2019 in Sterling Township, Wayne County.

LAMONT BONSER age 57, of Carbondale PA was placed on was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 1 months related to Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence (M2). He was also ordered to pay all Court costs.  The incident occurred on April 11, 2019 in Canaan Township, Wayne County.

CHRISTOPHER CONNELLY, age 29, of Hawley, PA, was placed on was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 25 hours of community service and have his operator’s privileges suspended for 60 days. The incident occurred on May 19, 2019 in Prompton Borough, Wayne County. His blood test revealed a BAC of .183%.

MATTHEW GUEDES, age 50, of Palmerton, PA, was placed on was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 1 months related to Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence (M2). He was also ordered to pay all Court costs. The incident occurred on April 11, 2019 in Canaan Township, Wayne County.

MICHAEL JOHNSON, age 33, of PA, was placed on was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 1 months related to Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence (M2).  He was also ordered to pay all Court costs. The incident occurred on April 11, 2019 in Canaan Township, Wayne County.

Senior Judge Raymond Hamill sentenced NICOLE LOPOSKY, age 31, of Moscow, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months for one count of DUI (M). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, and pay a fine in the amount of $500.00.  Participate in and cooperate with drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with your drug and alcohol assessment, and attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program. The incident occurred on March 21, 2018 in Salem Township, Wayne County.
