HONESDALE (June 29, 2018) – The Wayne Conservation District and the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Managment District present a community educational program on the methods and benefits of harvesting rainwater on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 6 pm in the Conservation District Office at the Park Street Complex in Honesdale.
Presenters, from both the Conservation District and the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District, will be discussing the cycles within a watershed as well as rain barrel design and maintenance.
Each participant will be offered a rain barrel at the conclusion of the workshop;
