[ARCHIVED] Stroud Police Arrest Wayne County Heroin Fugitive


HONESDALE -- Wayne County District Attorney Patrick Robinson announced the arrest of wanted fugitive Connie Lynn McKeeby, 24, of Lake Ariel. She was taken into custody by the Stroud Regional Police Department in Monroe County on Monday. 

She faces numerous felony charges, including possession with intent to deliver heroin, conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facilty, along with misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.

McKeeby was arraigned before District Justice Linus Myers and remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $150,000 bail. She is due to appear in central court on Wednesday, Aug. 15 at 9 am.

Her co-defendant, Elij]ah Watson, 30, remains at large. Anyone with information regarding Waston's whereabouts is asked to contact detectives at the Wayne County District Attorney's Office at 570-253-5970 ext 2255. All calls will be kept confidential.
