HONESDALE – Wayne County District Attorney Patrick L. Robinson announced the arrest last week of two men for selling heroin.
The arrests of Daniel S. Kemery, 34, of Beach Lake and Stephen Cable, 41, or Honesdale stem from an undercover investigation conducted by detectives from the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office
On May 31, Kemery was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Linus Myers on one count of Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin, a Felony, one count of Delivery of Heroin, a Felony, and one count of Possession of Heroin, a Misdemeanor. Bail was set at $35,000.00 and he was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility. His Central Court date is scheduled for Wednesday at 9:00 am.
On June 1, Cable was arraigned one count of Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin, a Felony, and one count of Criminal Use of Communication Facility, a Felony of the 3rd degree by Magisterial District Judge Bonnie Carney. Bail was set at $50,000 and he was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility. His Central Court date is also scheduled for Wednesday at 9:00 am
