HONESDALE -- Wayne County District Attorney Patrick Robinson said Jerome Kudajeski, 52, was sentenced to a minimum of one month in prison for that first degree misdemeanor and must pay $1,960.94 in restitution
He was also ordered to refrain from contact with the victim and her son as well as under a drug and alcohol evaluation and mental health evaluation as well as obtain full-time employment after pleading guilty to that incident Oct. 28 in Honesdale Borough.
Senior Judge Raymond Hamill also handed down the following sentences in Wayne County Court Thursday, May 3:
TREVOR VANLOAN, 21, of Starlight was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Criminal Trespass, a Felony of the 2nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, be placed on GPS Electronic monitoring for a period of 60 days once paroled, pay a fine in the amount of $300, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, continue with mental health treatment, perform 50 hours of community service, and obtain employment. The incident occurred on November 11 in Damascus Township.
GUILLERMO COCA, 24, of Lake Ariel was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 5 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Corruption of Minors, a Misdemeanor of the 1st Degree. He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, perform 40 hours of community service, and maintain employment. The incident occurred on August 22 in Honesdale Borough.
LYNN KENNEDY, 48, of Lake Ariel was placed on probation for a period of 48 months for one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, a Felony of the 3rd Degree. She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $11,058.01 and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample and pay $250 for the cost. The incident occurred between December 7, 2016 and January 6, 2017, in Salem Township.
KARISSA KREIDLER, 30, of Honesdale was placed on the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. She was also ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 40 hours of community service and have her operators privilege suspended for 60 days. The incident occurred on November 4 Honesdale Borough. Her BAC was .269%.
