Every month a different subject will be taught. You will learn ways to: lose weight, eat healthy, exercise regularly, increase your energy and decrease your stress, reach your health goals, plan and cook healthy meals, practice portion control, deconstruct cravings, incorporate more vegetables in your diet and much more! You will even go on a healthy grocery store tour. You will not only learn about healthy living, you will meet awesome people, have fun, and feel great about yourself! The goal is to promote the importance of physical wellness in Mental Health Recovery. The first 40 people to register receive a free kite kit.
