You will learn ways to: lose weight, eat healthy, exercise regularly, increase your energy and decrease your stress, reach your health goals, plan and cook healthy meals, practice portion control, deconstruct cravings, incorporate more vegetables in your diet and much more! You will even go on a healthy grocery store tour. You will not only learn about healthy living, you will meet awesome people, have fun, and feel great about yourself!     Bring a partner or find a partner at the Contra Dance. Contra dance is a folk dance made up of long lines of couples. It has mixed origins from English country dance, Scottish, French dance styles in the 17th century, with strong African influence from Appalachia.All are welcome to dance along to music performed by Laura and Craig Gehrig, no experience necessary.
