The community is invited to participate in the LoveLites programt by filling out a coupon and sending in a suggested donation of $5 for each loved one named. The coupon can be found at the hospital information desk in the main lobby or on the hospital’s website. The outdoor ceremony will include a blessing of the Memory Book containing the names of loved ones, as well as live music by the St. Tikhon’s Seminary Choir and the Honesdale High School Chorus. This year’s program will also include a few moments to reflect upon the lives of those lost on the same day in 1941, when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. “Grab and go” refreshments will be offered following the ceremony. The Memory Book will be on display in the hospital lobby from Dec. 7 until January 8, 2021. It will also be posted on the hospital’s website.
