Mission Statement
The mission of the Wayne County Transportation System is:
To enhance the mobility of our consumers by providing professional, accessible transportation in a safe, reliable, comfortable and courteous manner.
Our goal is to provide you with reliable, quality transportation, and a speedy, effective response if we don’t meet your expectations. If you have a bright idea, complaint, or commendation, call us - we would like to know. We look forward to serving you.
Registration Forms
Most of our riders register for Transportation services by coming in person to the Transportation office.
However, you can also register for Wayne County Transportation from home. To do so, please complete an application, available below. If you qualify for Persons with Disabilities and/or Medical Assistance, please also complete the appropriate form.

Once your forms are printed and filled out, please mail them to the Wayne County Transportation System, along with copies of supporting documentation requested in the forms. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you.
